This includes assessing intelligence (IQ), ability to focus and process information quickly, learning style, verbal and visual memory ability, language function, perceptual ability, motor skills, and executive functioning such as flexibility in thinking and organization/planning. An assessment will also include an evaluation of your physical health and mental well-being.

The purpose of the consult package is to assist with treatment planning or to clarify next steps.
